1) Individually, you answered several questions about your protagonist.
2) You shared that information with your partner.
3) You participated in a drama activity to help you understand your character. You put yourself in your "character's shoes" and lived a day in the life as her/him.
4) We discussed the 4 types of central conflict.
5) You discussed the central conflict of your story with your partner.
6) We reviewed the exposition phase of the short story plot.
7) You wrote a 1st draft of your exposition, focusing on character description, time, and setting.
